I have known Hunter and Merrill since we were in high school and now they are MARRIED! Several years after high school God brought these sweet friends of mine together at the most perfect time and now I can’t imagine them not being together. Adam and I have loved being a part of Hunter and Merrill’s story as their friends, so it only seemed fitting when they asked us to photograph their wedding. There is something so special about being able to capture your friends wedding day. I don’t think it can be described unless you get to experience it. We were able to be a part of Hunter and Merrill’s wedding from rehearsal dinner all the way through their reception exit and boy was it a weekend to remember!

This day was destined to be full of love, laughter, joy, and lots of rain. The weather forecast called for rain all day, but God arranged for the clouds to part and for the most glorious sunlight to pour through the branches of the giant oak tree that Hunter and Merrill were married under. (cue the cold chills) For Adam and I this was a huge answered prayer because it meant we had the best light to work with for their ceremony and portrait time. The most important thing was that Hunter and Merrill were able have their perfect day and it didn’t start to rain until well after they entered their reception. We are so blessed to be such close friends with Hunter and Merrill and to be a part of their lives. They have the most beautiful baby girl, Adley – wait until you see her gorgeous blue eyes – and it has been so much fun watching their family grow.

I don’t even need to use words for yall to know that Hunter and Merrill’s wedding day was literally the best day ever, you can see it in almost every single photo and it fills my heart with so much joy to scroll through these images and relive their wedding day.
