I may have wanted to shed a small tear during this senior session — and honestly, I’m not even sorry about it. I’ve known Lyndsay Grace since she was just a little girl, so standing behind my camera capturing her senior portraits felt completely full circle. Watching someone grow up right before your eyes and then getting to document such a meaningful milestone is one of the greatest honors of my job.

For her session, we chose the Clemson Botanical Gardens while everything was still beautifully green and lush. It was the perfect backdrop to match Lyndsay Grace’s larger-than-life personality and joyful spirit. Every corner of the gardens felt alive with color, light, and texture — just like her. From winding paths to open fields, every spot gave us something special.

And let me tell you… this girl radiates joy and love wherever she goes. It’s something you can feel instantly when you’re around her, and it shines through in every single photo. Her laughter, her confidence, and her natural warmth made this session so effortless and fun.

We spent the evening wandering through the gardens, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, and chasing all of that dreamy golden hour glow. The light was soft and golden, wrapping everything in the most beautiful warmth. Those quiet moments mixed with bursts of laughter made this session feel relaxed, meaningful, and full of heart.

Sessions like this are such a reminder of why I love what I do. Being able to freeze these seasons of life — especially when they’re so personal — is something I’ll never take for granted. Lyndsay Grace, I am so proud of you and so honored I got to be part of this chapter.
