This windy day at Rocky River Plantation for Lilly’s bridal portraits was every classic, southern brides dream! I am here to tell yall that true magic happened this day – not many people can look this effortless in up to 40mph wind gusts. Lilly was so trusting that we could capture great photos and not once did she complain about a thing. It’s so amazing what can happen when my clients trust me to capture beautiful images even in the midst of chaos.

We decided to embrace the wind instead of fight against it. Lilly’s cathedral veil was putting in the work! W even went for a touch of an editorial vibe for these photos and I’m completely here for it.
