Megan and Luke’s downtown Anderson maternity session was so full of color and beautiful light! It was the perfect afternoon to capture this season of these two special people before they welcome their baby girl into the world. We had so much fun wandering around downtown Anderson and chose some amazing spots to document this season.

I met a few years ago at a photography workshop and stayed in touch as long-distance photography friends. It’s so great to have friends in the photography industry that support you and encourage your work. So when Megan asked me to do her maternity photos I was beyond honored! This was the first time I had met Megan’s husband Luke, but it felt like we had been friends for years. These two are SO much fun to be around and they are going to be the BEST parents to their sweet baby girl. Luke is beyond ready to be a girl dad (peep the bows photo) and it’s the sweetest thing.

I can’t thank Megan and Luke enough for allowing me to be part of such a special season of their lives! I hope they cherish these photos for years to come.
