Cameron and Ashlyn’s wedding day was a dream from start finish! It did not feel like it had been a year since we shot their surprise proposal and engagement shoot. The girls had a relaxed morning getting ready at The Inn at Patrick Square, and the ceremony/reception was a beautiful April day at The Pavilion at Walker Century Farms with family and friends, and no rain! 🙌🏼 I loved the simple beauty of the wedding venue and Ashlyn chose amazing florals to accent the pergola that sets up the sweetest ceremony site. The whole day felt relaxed and full of so much love and joy for this sweet couple.

My heart has a lot of love for this family, and it was such an honor to be a part of this special season for Ashlyn and Cameron. It really is so much fun to watch a relationship grow from the time the groom proposes to the day they say “I do”. Being the photographer for each special event makes me feel like I’m part of their family by the time wedding day arrives, but with the Burdette family I already felt like family. I’ve known the Burdette family for so long and it just felt right to capture Ashlyn and Cameron’s wedding day. I never ever expect our friends and family to choose us as their photographer, but when they do choose us it brings me so much joy!
